At Pure Exquisite Hair we are committed to providing you the best service! Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment.

Our standard shipping will take 5-7 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 5-10 days on the West Coast. USPS will require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to ship out same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

To be eligible for a return, it must be the company’s mistake. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
